When you write to us, book or create an account we keep your name, phone, email, the classes you book and your payments. If you choose to, you can share health notes so your teacher can keep you safe.
Only to run your classes: to confirm bookings, send joining links and reminders, plan therapy sessions and keep payment records. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Health notes are visible only to you and your teachers. Share only what helps us teach you safely; you can edit or clear them in your account at any time.
Our booking system runs on Supabase (data hosted in Mumbai, India) and our website on Cloudflare. Live classes use video meeting links; please don't share them.
You can update your details in your account, ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account by writing to us.
