Every trainer is checked by the studio, teaches a demo class to Saraswati before joining, and follows the same careful class structure.

Founders

Founded by two therapists from S-VYASA

Saraswati and Kiran trained at S-VYASA, the yoga university in Bengaluru, and work in yoga therapy, Ayurveda and naturopathy. They lead the studio and personally check every trainer who teaches with us.
