Cancellation & Refund Policy

We're a small studio and want this to be simple and fair. In short: cancel group classes 4 hours ahead and personal sessions 12 hours ahead, and an unused pack is fully refundable within 7 days.
Free classes
Your first free class costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. If you can't come, cancel from your booking link so someone else can take the seat.
Cancelling a group class
Cancel at least 4 hours before the class starts and your credit comes straight back. If you had already paid for a single class, we refund it in full or move it to another class of your choice. Later cancellations and missed classes count as used.
If we cancel
If we cancel a class, or it can't go ahead because of a problem on our side, your credit comes back in full — or your money, if you paid for that class alone.
Class packs and Unlimited Month
Changed your mind? You get a full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as you haven't used any class from the pack or membership. Once a class is used, or after 7 days, the unused part isn't refunded in cash.
Illness, pregnancy or a move
Life happens. Tell us before your pack or month ends and we'll extend a Class Pack once by up to 30 days, or pause an Unlimited Month once for up to 14 days. Credits can't be exchanged for cash.
Personal 1:1 sessions
Reschedule or cancel for free up to 12 hours before. Later cancellations and missed sessions count as taken. If you've paid for sessions and we can't start your plan, you get a full refund.
Paid twice or the wrong amount?
We refund any duplicate or extra payment in full.
How refunds are paid
Message us on WhatsApp (+91 84348 51001) or email yoga.saraswati12@gmail.com with your name and the payment date. Approved refunds go back by UPI to the account you paid from within 7 working days.
